Shipping and Returns

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at LUXMONT369@gmail.com with:

Order number

Product name (e.g., "Fluid Floral Print Shirt")

Reason for return (size, defect, wrong item, etc.)

Clear photo/video showing the issue (if defective)

Step 2: We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in original packaging. Include the invoice.

Step 4: Ship the return to our registered address:

Return Shipping Costs:

Defective/Wrong item: We pay (reimbursement up to ₹70 with courier receipt)

Size/change of mind: Customer pays

5. Refund Timeline

Original payment method (card/UPI/net banking): Refund to same source.

Cash on Delivery (if offered): Refund via bank transfer (share account details).

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

Return the original item (per return policy above).

Place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos/videos clearly showing the defect.

We will arrange a free return pickup (where available) and issue a full refund or replacement.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your bank/card issuer (processing delays may occur).

PART C: CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by Customer

Before shipment: You may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Full refund.

After shipment: Cancellation not possible. You must wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

2. Cancellation by LUXMONT

We reserve the right to cancel orders for:

Product out of stock.

Pricing error on website.

Suspected fraud or unauthorized transaction.

Inability to verify payment or address.

You will be notified and refunded fully.
